    • Overall timeline maintenance

    • Coordination of vendor arrival and set-up

    • Ceremony management on wedding day

    • Oversee reception formalities (as needed/as hours booked allow)

    • Dismiss tables for dinner and/or coordinate with caterer

    • Troubleshoot issues as they arise

    • Set-up + Tear down (as needed/as hours booked allow)

    • Week of zoom call to discuss details

    • All included in Day of coordination (amount of hours customizable by the couples needs)

    • Primary point of contact starting 4 weeks out

    • Detailed timeline creation

    • Floor plan + Layout assistance

    • Vendor primary point of contact 4 weeks out

    • Venue walk through in person or via zoom

    • Rehearsal coordination $150

    • Timeline creation $150 (for day-of only option)

    • Venue research services $300

    • Invitation + RSVP management $300

    • Check in Session $70 (Am I on track with my planning?)

    • Dream Details Sessions $150 (floor planning + event flow, design + decor selection, hotel + guest experience, transportation timeline creation)

    Travel Fee:

    • 25-50 miles $50

    • 50-75 miles $100

    • 75+ miles Custom range & hotel required

    Additional Staff Rate: $250+
